Take My Husband, Please
An Unconventional Romantic Comedy
With her divorce nearly final, rookie realtor Sophie Camden is ready for adventure, a sexy new man—and maybe an orgasm or two. There’s just one problem: her soon-to-be ex has moved back home.
Will Camden swears he only wants to get back on his feet and be a better father. Sophie wants him out of her house, out of her life, and preferably dating someone else. So when a bet requires Will to date five women of Sophie’s choosing, she turns matchmaking into delicious revenge.
But while the hottest bachelor in town pursues her and the biggest real estate deal of her career hangs in the balance, Sophie discovers something deeply inconvenient: Getting rid of her husband might be a lot easier than getting over him.

What People Say
Readers' Favorite
Take My Husband, Please, by Kimberly Jayne, was a wonderful romance and a complete delight to read. The circumstances that Sophie gets herself into were hilarious. She had me in stitches throughout the whole book. I nearly fell out of my chair when she lost her bikini bottoms while wakeboarding. The characters and their foibles were so real and normal that they were easily related to and quite entertaining. I really enjoyed this book, and I recommend it to anyone who likes a good combination of comedy and romance.
Midwest Book Review
Take My Husband Please! is not a formulaic love story in the slightest. Beneath the laugh-out-loud humor is the daily, ongoing struggle of real people coming to terms with their failed marriage, and gradually figuring out how to pick up the pieces. A delightfully quirky yet all-too-human cast of supporting characters rounds out this genre-busting tragi-sexy-drama-comedy. Highly recommended!
The BookLife Prize in Fiction
Romance comes in many forms--not just the frenzied excitement of a new relationship. Even old relationships, especially the ones we thought had fizzled out, can have a spark. Slightly madcap, suddenly sweet, this novel combines the best of female friendship with soulful exploration of passion in its many forms. Of particular note are the themes of getting lost to find the right path and acceptance of even the most difficult things in life. The dialog-heavy, elegant writing style pulls readers into a world that is difficult to leave.

About
Kimberly Jayne writes romantic comedy for grown-ups who know happily-ever-after usually comes with baggage.
A recovering blogger, former Fragrant Liar, and lifelong smartass, she writes about love, lust, marriage, second chances, and all the absurdities that happen when humans attempt relationships. Her stories are warm, witty, a little naughty, and populated by imperfect people who should probably know better.
